Church of St Mary the Virgin and All Saints, Church Street, Nassington - North Northamptonshire (UA)
Church C11, restored C19. There are issues of rainwater dispersal at high, ground and below-ground levels, with blocked drains and inadequate drainage. Roof coverings of the north aisle and the tower south chamber are at the end of their serviceable lives. There is accelerated weathering of masonry, with open masonry joints. General repointing is required. Further issues are general vegetation and detritus. Internally, low-level cement strap-pointing has detached, alongside the detachment of wall painting fragments. The Historic Churches Support Officer is providing ongoing support.
