Gunpowder factory at Powder Mills, a partially enclosed stone hut circle settlement and round cairn, Dartmoor Forest, West Devon - Dartmoor (NP)

Devon's only C19 gunpowder factory dates to 1844 and comprises of at least 18 buildings involved in the production, storage and management of gunpowder. These buildings are now vacant and neglected, and there are unmanaged trees growing across the site. In 2015, a tree fell and knocked down the gable end of one building.
