Church of All Saints, Beighton, Church Hill, Beighton - Broadland

Church dated as C14-C15 but possibly earlier. Medieval scissor-braced and thatched nave roof is in poor condition. Fine internal features including medieval wallpaintings, decoration, and consecration cross. The National Lottery Heritage Fund awarded a Grants for Places of Worship grant in 2016, but the project development failed to gain an offer towards the repair work. In 2017, a re-application was successful and the project and temporary repairs have been carried out to the thatch of the nave roof. Wider repair project anticipated to complete by summer 2020.
