Church of St Mary Magdalene, High Street, Norton - Doncaster

Large Perpendicular church of cruciform plan with embattled west tower and nave parapets. Elements of the structure date to the C12, with C13, C14 and C15 additions. The restored C12 west door has shafts to a four-order round arch, scalloped capitals and zig-zag ornament. Roofs, rainwater goods and masonry are in poor condition, but repairs are planned.
