Walled garden at Twyford Abbey, Twyford Abbey Road NW10 NW10 - Ealing

C18 walled garden north of Twyford Abbey. Red brick wall approximately 12 foot high enclosing a large area, once a kitchen garden. An important feature of the Twyford Abbey group. There are some structural problems, particularly on the eastern side and with the lintels over the garden entrances, and some urgent stabilisation works have been carried out. Consents granted in 2017 for an educational use did not progress and the new owners have been granted Planning Permission (February 2023) for residential use of the house and site together with a public open space.
