Garden walls at Beddington Place (Carew Manor Special School) to north of Orangery walls, Church Road - Sutton

C17 to C18 garden walls. The east, south and part of the north walls to the east of Beddington Park Cottages are of brick with battered coping; the west wall is of a later date with plain capping. Damage has been largely caused by vegetation which has mostly been removed and a section of wall that had collapsed has been rebuilt in part. Upper brick courses have been completely dislodged in some sections, and generally the brickwork is in need of repair, including extensive repointing and removal of graffiti.
