Trenearne, Padstow - Cornwall (UA)

House, now farmhouse, circa early C17, possibly remodelled in 1660 (datestone) for 'PW'. The house only survives in part and was probably of overall 'H' shaped plan. It has been a tenanted farm for a number of years but a lack of maintenance had left all the buildings in a poor state of repair. The estate which owns Trenearne has been granted listed building consent to refurbish the house including much needed repairs, as well as the conversion of farm buildings.
