Trenearne, Padstow - Cornwall (UA)
House, now farmhouse, circa early C17. A tenanted farm for a number of years but a lack of maintenance left all the buildings in a poor state of repair. The former owner of Trenearne was granted listed building consent to refurbish the house including much needed repairs, as well as the conversion of 3 farm buildings to holiday/office use. Property sold to new owner in 2020. Applications for repairs and alterations submitted to Cornwall Council 2021. 2023 applications for conversion of other barns and new dwelling risks significant harm in setting of Trenearne.
