Built c1820. Altered 1925. Partially occupied; the western half by Lloyds Bank, the eastern half is vacant. The roof was repaired approximately five years ago although some leaks persist. Vulnerable historic interiors have had plaster falls on the vacant eastern half. Outbreaks of timber decay persist in the unventilated interiors.
