Part of the former private club complex with 94 and 95 Piccadilly. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in March 2018 for a scheme including the adjacent listed buildings (94 and 95 Piccadilly). Works include the full repair of the buildings for hotel use, with 7 residential units.
