Church of St James, Elmsted - Folkestone and Hythe
Church with origins in the C11, but of multiple subsequent phases. Although some repairs have been undertaken recently, including an overhaul of the roofs and internal redecoration, there are corroding rainwater goods, blocked hoppers and gullies. The building has been the victim of heritage crime.
