Christ Church, Stricklandgate, Penrith - Westmorland and Furness Council (UA)

Built in 1850 by Travis and Magnell in an early Perpendicular style. Constructed of coursed red sandstone rubble, with slate roofs and a large east window. The church has a new porch roof, and some repointing of high-level stonework and replacement of ridge tiles has taken place with further works planned to undertake a programme of repointing and stonework repairs to the west half of the building.
