Church of Holy Trinity, Church Lane, Thrussington - Charnwood
Church of C13-C15 and much restored 1877 by Goddard and Paget of Leicester. Ironstone with limestone dressings and Swithland slate roof. There are deep pockets of erosion to the ironstone of the C14/C15 tower. Other areas of the building are showing signs of age related deterioration. A woody rooted growth to the stone roof of the stair tower requires removal and the recess requires repair. There are slipped slates, a number of tingles and an opening to the south slope of chancel roof. The congregation are keen to undertake repairs.
