Highbury Hall - Birmingham

Gardens and landscaped grounds of 1879 by Edward Milner associated with a contemporary villa built for Joseph Chamberlain. Greater part of grounds a public park since early C20. The condition of the park and gardens has declined significantly. Most of the original built landscape features and water features are in poor, dilapidated condition. Disrupted drainage is causing erosion and waterlogging problems. Anti-social behaviour is an issue. Initial repair and restoration work in the park and gardens have been undertaken with Historic England and National Lottery Heritage Fund support.
