Adderstone Hall, Adderstone with Lucker - Northumberland (UA)

C19 classical style country house by William Burn. Main hall with five bays to main elevations, three bays to side. Lower service wing to north-west and adjoining service yard. At main house, failed roof coverings and rainwater disposal systems are causing widespread water ingress at wall-head level, leading to possible masonry instability. The service range roof has slipped slates and rainwater goods are missing. The service yard has a pronounced movement crack. There are overall issues of longstanding lack of regular maintenance and external joinery is in disrepair.
