Office, Licensed Victuallers Almshouses, 12a, Asylum Road SE15 - Southwark
Annexe to the offices of the Licensed Victuallers' Almshouses, 1913-14 by FE Harford, in a restrained Baroque style. There are significant structural cracks to the front and side elevations and failing stonework at upper levels. The Local Authority has carried out remedial works to the pediment and flat roof. They have also commissioned investigatory works, including structural monitoring, and a suitable approach to securing the future of the building is being considered.
