Kenton Lane former farm buildings, Kenton Lane HA3 - Harrow
Former farm buildings built circa 1808, to designs of William Loudon and Robert Abraham in colour washed Flemish bond brick. The vacant buildings surround three sides of a designed courtyard. Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission were approved in 2013 for conversion to residential, linked to an adjacent housing scheme. Whilst the new homes have been built, works to the listed buildings have not been carried out. The buildings were damaged by illegal entry in 2019 but the site is now secure and discussions are ongoing between the Local Authority and the owner regarding the scheme.
