Priory House (Council Offices), High Street south, Dunstable - Central Bedfordshire (UA)

Two storeys plus cellars and attics. C18 elevations super imposed on to possible remains of Priory guesthouse with C13 medieval undercroft and some pre-Georgian cellars. The undercroft, built in Totternhoe stone, is subject to complex structural movement and dampness issues. Repair work on site, further unforeseen very significant structural issues encountered, completion estimated early 2024.
