3, Endsleigh Street - Camden
One in a terrace of four houses, dating from circa 1825, built by Thomas Cubitt and constructed from multi-coloured stock brick. It comprises four storeys and a basement with a round-arched doorway and first floor casements with continuous cast iron balconies. The property is empty and whilst externally it is in fair condition there have been unauthorised works internally. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in 2018 to convert the ground floor to a gallery but works have not yet started (May 2020).
