Old office block of Land Settlement Association, Mallard Road, Low Fulney, Spalding - South Holland

House, C17 re-fronted in the C18 and incorporating medieval monastic ruins. Stands within an area of intensive market gardens with limited curtilage. Suffering serious structural damage. There is uncontrolled woody plant growth to one elevation. Urgent works were carried out in 2004, underwritten by Historic England grant aid. In 2008, permission was granted to build glasshouses near to the building, further restricting the curtilage. Historic England has offered the Council support to prepare for further enforcement action.
