Shireoaks Hall, Thorpe Lane, Shireoaks - Bassetlaw

Country house, circa 1600 with later alterations, set in remains of C17 and early C18 gardens. The hall has been much altered historically and there are a number of significant cracks. There is some loose stonework at high level with some sections at risk of imminent collapse. Roofs are in poor condition. The rainwater disposal is ineffective and undersized. The north elevation is shrouded in vegetation. The outbuildings are partially collapsed. Internally, some areas of ceiling plaster have failed.
