Ollerton Hall, Main Street, Ollerton and Boughton - Newark and Sherwood

Country House, c.1700. Sold by Newark and Sherwood District Council to a developer in 2008. The developer commenced a care home development, but this work was not completed. The District Council re-acquired the property in 2016. Some repairs to the envelope of the building have been carried out and incomplete development works have been removed from the grounds. Historic England contributed to the costs of a condition survey. Planning permission for a conversion to 8 flats was approved in April 2023. Agreement is being reached with a new developer to bring this scheme forward.
