Former Police and Fire Station, built between 1901 and 1906 as the fire headquarters, complete with living quarters and engine store. Works to bring about the repair and reuse of the building are well underway with consent granted for a mixed-use scheme including a hotel and office space. Roof and outward facing elevations of the complex have been repaired and work continues with the intention to complete the restoration and extensive refurbishment in 2024.
