Winstanley Hall, Pemberton Road, Winstanley - Wigan

House circa 1573 with extensions and alterations of 1818-19 by Lewis Wyatt. Later extension of 1840s. Extensive dry rot and roof leaks. Some stacks and internal floors have collapsed. A new options appraisal looking at reuse of both the Hall and the stable block has identifed a requirement for enabling development to overcome a large conservation deficit.
