King Edward's School, Broad Street, Bath - Bath and North East Somerset (UA)

School dating from 1752. A scheme for use as a hotel was submitted but withdrawn in 2006. Works to repair the roof have been successfully completed. The threat of decay has therefore diminished but the building remains vacant. Permission for hotel use was granted in 2010 and renewed in 2013. As of summer 2018 scheme of works is being defined which will see the external envelope and setting to the front and rear, external joinery, rainwater goods and drainage all prioritised (expected 2018/19).
