King Edward's School, Broad Street, Bath - Bath and North East Somerset (UA)

School dating from 1752. A scheme for hotel use was submitted but withdrawn in 2006. Works to repair the roof have been successfully completed. The threat of decay has diminished but the building remains vacant. Permission for hotel use (granted in 2010 and renewed in 2013) has been implemented and Historic England engaged in further pre-app discussion to explore amendments to consent before comprehensive works begin.
