Former Law Courts and County Police Station, Northgate Street, Devizes - Wiltshire (UA)

Law courts and police station, 1835. Wind and weather tight. Interior has been gutted. Several schemes have been granted consent, including residential use and a nightclub, but none have been implemented. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent granted in 2012 for a new residential scheme was renewed in 2015 and expires in 2018. Urgent works carried out in 2015. There is a current drive to secure ownership by the Wiltshire Historic Buildings Trust in partnership with Wiltshire Council to carry out the conversion.
