Ribbesford House, Ribbesford - Wyre Forest

Mid-C16 country house with late C17 and early C19 alterations. The building is largely unoccupied and its condition has deteriorated over many years with significant areas open to the elements. Part of the outbuilding collapsed in poor weather in 2017. Following its sale at auction in 2018, a series of emergency works to provide safe access for surveys were carried out and permission later granted for conversion into apartments. Works to implement this permission stopped in 2020. Parts of the building are suffering from major water ingress, causing rapid decay.
