Leventhorpe Hall, 1289 and 1291, Thornton Road, Lower Grange - Bradford

Late C17 house with C19 additions. Roof structure intact but at risk of further decay and eventual collapse. Main walls, despite significant areas of movement are capable of repair. All the windows require replacement.The Hall forms part of a group of historic buildings that includes two grade II listed barns. A new owner has secured Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to bring the property back into use supported by the construction of 26 new houses as Enabling Development on adjacent land within the Green Belt.
