Hanworth Park House, Uxbridge Road, Hanworth - Hounslow

Country house built after 1828 with an extension circa 1860. The building has suffered significant deterioration. Urgent works were undertaken to stabilise the building and a series of condition reports produced with recommendations for repair. The owners and the Local Authority are working together to develop a scheme to bring the house back into full repair and re-use for residential and community use under a partial enabling development scheme. The proposal has been approved by the Local Authority and final details are under discussion, pending a decision by the Greater London Authority.
