Twyford Abbey, Twyford Abbey Road NW10 NW10 - Ealing

Gothic country house built 1807-9 by William Atkinson; brick and cement fronted with a crenelated parapet, last used as a nursing home. In 2017 some urgent stabilisation works were carried out to the roof and floors, however more work is needed to get the building wind and weathertight. Consents granted in 2017 for an educational use did not progress and the new owners have been granted Planning Permission (February 2023) for residential use of the house and site together with a public open space.
