Finsbury Health Centre, Pine Street EC1 - Islington
Seminal Modern Movement health centre built 1935-8 to the design of Berthold Lubetkin. Whilst some urgent works have been carried out, including removal of asbestos, further repairs are still required, particularly to the roof, external walls and windows. Assessment reports and proposals for priority repairs have been prepared and discussions are taking place with the Local Authority and Historic England to secure repair.
