West Ham Pumping Station Engine House, Abbey Road E15 - Newham

Engine house, built in 1897, containing original Lilleshall Company beam engines. The building is currently in use as a training facility. Parts of the building are in poor condition, with high level vegetation growth to roofs and rainwater goods and graffiti damaging industrial heritage features. Discussions are ongoing regarding the future of this site but there are no specific plans identified as yet.
