Central offices at Custom House, Royal Albert Dock E16 - Newham

Offices, built in 1883 to the design of Vigers and Wagstaffe in the manner of Norman Shaw. Now owned by the Greater London Authority. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted for restoration and use as a club and art gallery as part of the wider Royals Business Park development of Albert Dock under previous ownership. However, this scheme will no longer go ahead. No revised plans have been brought forward, but options for re-use are being explored.
