North Lodges, Lulworth Castle, Coombe Keynes - Dorset (UA)
Ornamental gate lodges and gateway to Lulworth Castle, 1785. The lodges and gates are stable but the flank walls and mock-fortifications are in poor condition. The estate is exploring possible funding for the repair of the lodges. It is hoped that with the Estate's newly appointed architect working on nearby Bindon, that the Estate's direct labour will be able to carry out repairs to the walls. They are currently successfully repairing outer walls.
