Leigh Spinners Mill, Park Lane - Wigan
Double cotton mill, 1913 with a 1923 extension, in partial use with a large steam engine in situ. Leigh Spinners Building Preservation Trust has now leased the complex. Historic England grants have enabled repairs to the Engine House and the roof of Mill Two. Further grant-aided work to remove vegetation and repair the west elevation of Mill Two has recently been completed. Mill One remains unoccupied, Mill Two has been brought back into use.
