Sherburn House Bridge, Shincliffe - County Durham (UA)

Medieval stone bridge dating from 1335 but upper part rebuilt at unknown later date. Tree growth and water ingress has started to push out masonry, as evidenced by pronounced gaps running throughout the structure. Drainage channels empty adjacent to the bridge abutments and this compounds the ongoing erosion.
