C12 and C14 vaulted undercroft of possible medieval merchant's house. Water penetration, condensation and the poor condition of existing shoring mean that the structure is at risk of failure. Historic England Repair Grants for Heritage at Risk grant offered in June 2023 and urgent repair works are anticipated to commence summer/autumn 2023.
