Former Caird & Rayner Ltd Warehouse, 777-783, Commercial Road E14 - Tower Hamlets

Former sail makers and ship chandler's warehouse, 1869. A rare survival consisting of a brick skin enclosing a timber structure. The building was fire damaged, resulting in the loss of its roof covering. Urgent works were completed in April 2010. Applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have been submitted which include conversion of the building to office use.
