Finsbury Town Hall, Rosebery Avenue EC1 - Islington
Town hall, built in 1895 to the design of C Evans Vaughan in an eclectic 'Free Renaissance' style, with a public hall on the first floor with elaborate plasterwork in Belle Epoque manner. The building is now in use as dance studios with the main halls available for public use. The owners have undertaken some repairs, but further external works are urgently necessary.
