Umberslade Baptist Chapel, Spring Lane, Tanworth-in-Arden - Stratford-on-Avon

Nonconformist estate chapel of 1877 by George Ingall for G.F. Muntz of Umberslade Park. The chapel has not been used as a place of worship for many years and has been acquired by the Historic Chapels Trust. Roof repairs have been carried out and the building is drying out. There is structural movement in the nave walls and north west nave window. Holes have appeared in the tiled floor due to collapses into the heating ducts. There is now very bad woodworm in the vestry.
