34 and 39, Great James Street - Camden

Two in a terrace of 14 houses, dating from 1720-24, all of four storeys with basements and constructed from brown brick. Both properties are currently empty. Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission were granted in 2018 for refurbishment and a rear extension at 39 Great James Street, however the consented scheme has not been implemented. The building is secured at ground floor level with a hoarding and the Local Authority is discussing the condition of 34 Great James Street with the owner.
