Marlborough House, 54, Old Steine, Brighton - Brighton and Hove, City of (UA)
House built in 1765 and remodelled in 1786 by Robert Adam. Converted to an office, the building later became vacant. Consent granted in 2015 for change of use to single family dwelling has not been implemented. Some repairs and restoration work has been carried out including to lathe and plaster walls and ceilings. There have been more recent discussions about potential new uses for the building but these have not progressed.
