Waterloo House and Manor Court House, 7A, 7B, 9, 11, 13 and 13A, Fore Street, Chard Town - Somerset Council (UA)
Late C16/early C17 group of shops, offices, houses and flats with two prominent projecting two and three storey porches. A 2010 planning appeal refused a proposed subdivision to create smaller units. In 2014 the Local Authority commissioned a feasibility study with Historic England grant-aid. Work to repair the three-storey porch to 7A was completed in 2018 with Historic England grant-aid. Discussions with the multiple owners over options for the building are continuing.
