Laurel Court, 22, Precincts, Peterborough - Peterborough, City of (UA)

An early C18 house adjacent to the remains of the cloister at Peterborough Cathedral. The building is suffering from structural problems. The failed modern flat roof covering was repaired during the winter of 2018-2019. The building is now unoccupied and is in need of comprehensive structural and other repairs. Discussions are in progress regarding its conversion to a use complementary to its religious setting.
