Former White Hart Hotel, High Street, Edgware HA8 - Harrow

C17 three storey stuccoed building with a hipped tile roof and wooden eaves cornice. It is no longer in use as a public house or as a restaurant but is closed and out of use. The upper floors are in a poor condition after unauthorised works and there are holes in the walls and ceilings. A new leaseholder took over in 2020. More extensive unauthorised works were carried out in parts of the building during Covid-19 Lockdown. The Local Planning Authority halted these and is carrying out enforcement action.
