St Nicholas' Priory, the Mint - Exeter
St Nicholas Priory is one of the earliest buildings in Exeter, the surviving buildings formed the refectory and undercroft of the monastic complex. The hall was later divided up for use as a home. The roofing requires repair with water ingress into parts of the building.
