White Horse Hotel, 4, High Street, Wincanton - Somerset Council (UA)
Inn dated 1733 built by Nathaniel Ireson in free baroque style. Local stone cut and squared with painted ashlar dressings; plain clay tile roof behind parapet, simple gables; brick end chimney stacks. Three-storey and three bays to road. Building in poor condition with façade parting from roof, and floors decayed. Consent has been granted for the repair and conversion of the building. Works are underway.
