Halton House, Aston Clinton / Halton - Buckinghamshire (UA)

One of seven linked Rothschild country houses in Aylesbury Vale with an estate village. Late C19 formal gardens and park with woodland rides and many features built to delight and entertain.Sold to the Royal Air Force in 1918, RAF Halton is closing and the estate is allocated for development. The overlooking designed woodland survives managed by Forestry England. Much of the remaining parkland is fragmented with many garden features in poor condition.
