Columbia House, 78 Church Road - Stockton-on-Tees (UA)
Mid to late C18 Georgian house. Red brick set in Flemish bond with double pitched slate roof flanked by chimney stacks. Stone bands, cills and keys to flat brick arches over flush framed sashes in the central bay above imposted Doric doorcase with half columns and triglyph frieze. Side full height brick bays with sash windows. The building has been empty for over 10 years. Options for repairs and long-term sustainable uses for the building are being explored.
