Medieval Merchant's House, 7,9, King Street, King's Lynn - King's Lynn and West Norfolk
Late C14 hall house, altered C15 and C18. L-plan, with hall range in the rear wing to north of courtyard. Yellow brick with stone dressings, tiled and slate roofs. The interior of no 9 is very damp except for front range. Slates missing from roof and defective rainwater disposal arrangements; axial beam with no end bearing. Local Planning Authority are taking the lead.
