Goetze Grave, Paddington Cemetery, Willesden Lane NW6 - Brent
Pink granite Celtic cross on a two-stage base set within a kerb of granite surrounded by railings. Circa 1911, by Kelly, monumental masons, incorporating figural elements ascribed to Sir Alfred Gilbert. Commemorates James Goetze and his wife Rosina and is the only listed memorial in the cemetery. It is vulnerable to heritage crime and one of the allegorical cowled figures is missing. Discussions are underway regarding the necessary repair works.
